Application: Packaging in preformed pouches for highly complex food products

The ALFA EVO S / S&D / D series is designed for the automatic packaging of food products in preformed pouches of small and large sizes, with high flexibility and performance.

The machine is equipped with an 8-station rotary carousel, each with 2 or 3 dedicated clamps, ensuring a secure and continuous grip on the pouch during all processing stages. Each station is configurable to meet different production needs.

ALFA EVO supports vacuum packaging, essential for long shelf-life products, and operates in humid environments, ideal for autoclave sterilization.

Compatible with Doypack®, Stand-up, Flat, Shaped, Gusseted, and Spouted pouches.

Managed formats:

• Pouch width: 150–350 mm single (up to 400 mm optional), 90–165 mm double
• Pouch height: 260–400/550 mm (stand-up, radial magazine), 160–400/550 mm (flat, drawer magazine)
• Max bottom size: 60 x 60 mm

Compatible dosing: multihead weigher, auger fillers, volumetric fillers, and other customized systems.

Processable materials: multilayer and monomaterial heat-sealable films (PET/PE, PET/EVOH/PE, PET/PP), also with internal and external seals.

Speed: up to 50 packages per minute, with dimensions of approximately 2200 x 2500 x 2200 mm.
