Machines with a load-bearing structure made of AISI 304 Scotch-Brite™ stainless steel. The machine structure is designed with particular attention to aesthetic and functional aspects, capable of easily incorporating CE standard protections.
Mechanical components are manufactured on the latest generation CNC machines, ensuring total interchangeability.
Low noise, no need for format change, autonomous operation, and the new generation Brevetto Cames feeding group make the ALX machines the most technologically advanced internationally.
The cap feeding machines are designed to ensure a continuous and controlled flow towards the cappers. The caps, poured into a long-lasting hopper, are channeled via a truncated-cone roller or an elevator belt and transported to the feeding group through a stainless steel pipe. The feeding system is completely mechanical: the caps advance pushed by two rollers with variable center distance, forming a compact column inside the channel.
The delivery distance can be adjusted by replacing the springs acting on the push rollers.
The machines are equipped with an electronic flow control system and, upon request, can be fitted with a frequency converter and potentiometer for automatic synchronization with the capper.
Their installation in the bottling line is flexible, although positioning near the capper is recommended. Configurations on wheels or with multiple pipes are available to serve multiple cappers or different stations.
