The Omar Sleever is a machine designed for the precise application of shrink sleeves on bottles and containers of various shapes and sizes. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it combines structural robustness and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for industrial environments and intensive production lines.

The sleeve application is carried out through a high-precision system equipped with 3 rotating knives for consistently uniform cuts. The cutting width can be easily adjusted from the control panel.

Total integration with the production cycle thanks to intelligent sensors, pre-alarm systems for end of reel, adjustable insertion groups, and brushless motors for sleeve descent and ejection. Closure on the torpedo is achieved through electro-actuated pistons for perfect adhesion and centering of the sleeve.

The machine is equipped with an advanced steam shrink system, with adjustable pressure pre-chambers, variable suction, and customizable steam profile even during operation, ensuring perfect sleeve adherence to the container under any condition.
