The movement of the bottles is directly managed by the rotating brush, which guides the container along the cleaning cycle, ensuring constant and uniform contact between the bottle and the brush. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and high-resistance technopolymers to ensure robustness and hygiene. The washing system uses rotating brushes wetted by a misted water jet that facilitates the removal of dirt. The brushes are self-cleaning thanks to continuous rotation, which allows the water to carry away residues towards the machine’s drain. Brush replacement is not necessary when changing formats, and the rotation speed is controlled by a dedicated inverter. The direct dragging of the bottle by the brush ensures perfect synchronization and homogeneous cleaning across the entire surface, making LR a compact, reliable machine ideal for integration into existing production lines or modular plants where simplicity of construction and operational efficiency are fundamental requirements.
