Machines for washing and drying cylindrical bottles.

The machines are equipped with an inverter for speed adjustment, a stainless steel conveyor with adjustable side guides and an acetal resin bottle advancement chain. They are made of A304 stainless steel and high-quality, durable technopolymers. The bottle washing is performed mechanically using rotating brushes for the cap, body, and bottom of the bottle, and they are sprayed with a mist of water. The brushes used do not require replacement when changing formats and are self-cleaning as the rotation of the brushes allows the washing water to carry away dirt towards the machine’s drain. Additionally, they are equipped with an independent inverter that allows the adjustment of the rotation speed.

The drying of the bottles takes place inside a tunnel with air distributors adjustable in height, depth, and inclination, powered by compression turbines
