The cap orienters are designed to ensure the correct alignment of caps before capping, guaranteeing a continuous and regulated flow towards the capping machine.
The caps, poured into a large-capacity hopper, are transported via a truncated-cone roller or an elevator belt to the channelling unit, and subsequently to the orientation unit.

Depending on the model, orientation occurs mechanically through:

  • wheel system
  • synchronized levers (on one, two, or three orientation units, depending on the required production capacity).

The adjustable feed speed allows for increased productivity, especially when the orientation unit is deactivated and the machine operates as a simple feeder.
The machines can handle caps of different sizes with minimal adjustments.
The flow of caps to the capping machine is automatically managed by an electronic control system. The position of the orienter in the bottling line is flexible.
