TS Packaging Division presents a new line dedicated to packaging coffee beans and ground coffee, designed to ensure very low levels of residual oxygen and a seal safety technology that prevents dust interference on the seal.

Preserving aroma and freshness

Coffee is an oxidation-sensitive product and requires strict control of oxygen residue in the bag. The intact line:

  • Modified atmosphere management systems;
  • Residual oxygen control with extremely low values;
  • Dedicated dosing for grains and fine powders;
  • Optimized handling to avoid dispersion.

The result is a package that preserves aroma, freshness and shelf-life.

Seal security technology

For ground coffee, powders can compromise sealing. The TS Packaging line solves this critical issue with:

  • Suction of dust while filling the bag;
  • Product flow management to reduce residue in the critical solder area;
  • Welding with thermal control.

A combination that ensures safe, stable packages that meet international standards.

Collaboration and Made in Italy

The project was developed in close collaboration with the client, analyzing grain sizes, barrier materials and shelf-life objectives. Each component was made in Italy, following the quality standards of the Robino & Galandrino Group.
