The TS Packaging Division of the Robino & Galandrino Group consolidates its presence in the food sector with the creation of a new line dedicated to the packaging of ready-made sauces in pre-formed Doypack pouches without zippers, equipped with pre-cut for easy opening. A project that combines precision, food safety and functional design, responding to the practicality and sustainability needs of the modern market.
Efficiency and quality in packaging
The line is designed to handle sauces of different density and composition, ensuring:
- Accurate dosing even with products containing particles;
- Filling of preformed envelopes;
- Optimized top welding for multilayer materials;
- operational continuity even at high speeds by processing two envelopes per cycle.
Each step is designed to preserve product quality and ensure clean, safe and visually flawless packaging.
