The R10 and R12 S / D rotary packaging machines are TS Packaging’s flagship solution for automatic packaging in preformed pouches, ideal for complex and highly customized processes.

Equipped with a rotary carousel with 10 or 12 configurable stations, these machines are designed to meet the needs of specialized sectors such as food, nutraceutical, and pet food. The high-seal pneumatic clamps ensure a stable and precise grip on the pouch throughout the production cycle, preserving the product’s integrity and quality.

The stations can be equipped with various functionalities:

• Injection of inert gas
• Vacuum
• Ultrasonic sealing
• Accessory insertion (double, pre/post filling)
• Die-cutting
• Modular dosing systems

Format change is fully automatic and manageable via the operator panel, allowing for quick reconfigurations between different productions.

• Pouch width: 100–350 mm single (optional up to 500 mm), 100–160 mm double
• Pouch height: 100–350 mm

Compatible dosing: multihead weigher, auger fillers, cup fillers, volumetric fillers, and other systems.

Supported materials: pouches in PET/PE, PET/EVOH/PE, PET/PP, heat-sealable monomaterials, with internal or external sealing.

Operating speed: up to 60 packages per minute
