Bottle washing:

The bottle washing is performed mechanically using motorized nylon brushes, with the use of ambient or hot water as needed.
The bottles are secured on rotating plates and forced to rotate in the opposite direction to the brush, ensuring effective cleaning.
Various configurations are available:

• Standard washing with central brush;
• Intensive washing with dedicated brushes for the cap and/or the bottom of the bottle, motorized and height adjustable;
• Advanced washing system that ensures excellent cleaning even for particularly difficult bottles, thanks to rigid clamping and the use of stiff brushes.
  These systems guarantee versatility, adapting to different bottle formats with minimal adjustments.

Bottle drying:

Drying is achieved through hot or ambient air jets, appropriately directed and programmed.
During the drying process, the bottles are rotated via a special conveyor belt with inclined chains at different speeds or positioned on a large diameter carousel.
The main solutions available are:

• Drying tunnel with pressurized hot air, generated by blowers mounted on the machine;
• Drying carousel that allows perfect drying thanks to multiple rotations and exposure to high-speed tangential air jets.
  

Additional options available:

• “Hot” drying of the cap;
• Targeted dehumidification of the cap and the upper part of the bottle neck.
