Emerging in recent years in the wine and beverage sector, Poker is a complete and flexible system for managing PVC, PET, polylaminate, and aluminum capsules, suitable for medium and high production volumes.

Its strength lies in its modularity: the machine can be configured with two capping turrets, depending on production needs, and is equipped with quick-change interchangeable head kits, allowing for rapid format changes.

The first turret can be equipped with:

• Thermal heads for shrinkable capsules
• Pneumatic heads for pre-crimping
• Pneumo-mechanical heads for sparkling wine capsules
• Pneumatic heads for beer-type capsules

The second turret, available upon request, allows for separate management of the rolling of polylaminate or tin capsules, ensuring precise and uniform smoothing of the capsule, even at high speeds.

The tray magazine for approximately 1,500 capsules, the automatic dispenser, and the bottle neck centering device complete the machine setup, making it ready for integration into any line.
